Board of Director

The board of directors (BOD) are chaired by the managing director, functions as the registered representative of the company, in accordance with Thai commercial laws as a registered corporate member of Council of Engineers, to allow to perform engineering practices, in accordance with the 1999 Royal Decree for Engineers. The BOD is responsible for management of mission and goals, monitoring operations, evaluating staff's performance and accounting.
